contain the author's name, publication of email address or any other address
will only be done with the permission or by direction from the authors or
photographers.

publication on the Biker eNews is subject to changes by the editor for grammar,
spelling and layout on the web page.
- Articles submitted for publication must
be motorcycle related or closely to it, in good taste and readable by minors.
- All written material including
photographs, drawings or other images submitted automatically transfers the
right to the Biker eNews for publication.
- All written material including
photographs, drawings or other images are protected by copyright, and remain
the property of the original author and may not be resold, republished, or
copied with out permission. Rights for secondary sales or publication in other
hard copy form or on line are exclusively those of the author for work produced
by the author.
- All photographs, drawings or other
images submitted to the Biker eNews for publication may be used and or modified
for other use on the website.
- All material on the Biker eNews may be
used by any motorcycle clubs and organizations for use in club newsletters and
on club websites with permission. We require that the authors or photographers
bylines are included.
- Clubs and Organizations are invited to
link to our pages. However direct linking to images and pictures on the Biker
eNews is not allowed without contacting the
editor or webmaster and will be
considered on a case by case basis.
- The Biker eNews does not recommend any products, repair shops or dealers. Any references to dealers, repair shops, or products in any article appearing on the website are those used by the authors. Mentioning of any dealer, repair shop, or products any where on the Biker eNews website is not to be construed as an endorsement by the Biker eNews.

The Biker
eNews is maintained for the benefit of the motorcycle enthusiasts in the
Hampton Roads Area of Virginia and everywhere else. It is our mission to share
information, provide entertainment and be an open forum for motorcycle
enthusiasts regardless of which spectrum of the sport they enjoy. The Biker
eNews wishes to share the brotherhood and excitement of life on two wheels
regardless of brand, and style of motorcycle. The Biker eNews is a non-profit
entity; it is privately owned and funded.The Biker eNews is a
non-profit public service for the Tidewater and Peninsular Motorcycle
