Your Rights at a Traffic Stop

About a year ago I was asked to give a presentation, which I titled "Your Rights During a Traffic Stop, at the Beast of the East in Greenville, SC. It covered issues such as what are the Fourth and Fifth Amendment implications during a traffic stop? What can and can't the police search and under what circumstances can they do it? What is the legality of checkpoints and what is the legality of motorcycle only checkpoints? It also gave several tips aimed and making any traffic stop not necessarily more enjoyable but at least less painful.

It was well received and the firm has since received requests from several organizations to give the presentation again for their group. Chad Fuller and I have repeated the presentation at both Sumter South Carolina and most recently in Peoria Illinois.

If you would be interested in having our firm give this presentation for your group, club, organization or gathering please let me know and I will be happy to arrange it.
