I attended a MSF Course at Bayside Harley back in Feb 2009 and was impressed with the friendly and professional staff. I returned in May 2009 to purchase a 2007 FLSTC that I had been admiring. Bayside gave the best deal when I purchased my bike and they did a great job doing the repairs when I was in an accident (lady pulled in front of me and stopped). However, when I complained about excessive oil consumption they just shrugged me off with "That's normal for a Harley" and wouldn't even look at it. Went to Hampton Roads Harley and after an oil consumption test it was verified the valves weren't sealing properly and it was taken care of under warranty. Called and emailed my disappointment of Bayside to them and received no response from anyone. Took that as they apparently don't need/want me or my business and haven't been back since.

Nov '02 I purchased a new '03 Harley Ultra Classic. Because of a family health situation I do not have anyone to drive behind me during bike dropoff/pickup. Explaining this to the folks at Bayside, they have made the effort to accommodate my need for drive-in/drive-out for routine servive. Yes, I sometimes have to wait around but at least this dealership is willing to try to meet my needs. Another dealership in southside Tidewater didn't want to listen unless I bought some priority contract that would not be recognized at any other dealership. Thank you, Bayside!
