The
Hampton Roads area has over a hundred motorcycle dealers and shops. I have
heard all kinds of second hand stories about service and parts from just about
all of them.
Now we are going to get it first hand. We all have
favorite dealers. The place where you walk in and you're known by name, they
know your bike (or bikes) and take care of you for parts and service. And then,
there are shops where you would just as soon be a victim of a drive by shooting
than buying a spark plug from them.
We would like to hear about the
shops and dealers that you like or dislike. From parts prices, bike prices,
service to tire changing, what does your dealer do right? Or wrong?
Here's a chance for you to share your experience with the rest of us.
There is a saying in business that a person who experiences good service will
only tell a few others. But, the person who gets bad service will tell
everyone!
