B J's 2005 Harley Davidson Heritage Classic

My husband and I have a 2005 Heritage Softail Classic. At the ripe old age of 50 I decided not to ride behind my husband after 30 years. I took the riders safety course and my husband bought a Softail Deluxe. Needless to say, even though I am a "big" girl, the Heritage was more than I could handle the first time out. I practiced for weeks at the Harbor Park parking lot and still wasn't comfortable on the road. I must say, I have no patience when it comes to waiting. I went to the Internet and found Tabor Trikes in Richmond. I immediately bought a Voyager kit from them and had it painted my purple color and off I went. My feet never touched the ground after that, literally. There isn't any place I won't/can't go and I am making every second count. I even put my skirt and dress shoes in my saddlebags and ride to work. tee hee. I am in LOVE!!! So for those of you that are disabled and can't hold your bike up anymore, this is an inexpensive and quick way to keep riding. I can't say anything except it saved me from "practicing". Besides that, I don't mind it being my Harley with training wheels. At least I am riding.
