back Skip Duke's 1974 Kawasaki 900, (sort of, lol). I am a
mechanic at Colonial Cyclesports. I built it about 10 years ago, and the engine
is out of a pro-gas dirt dragster, I retired after Slades stopped racing
operations, years ago. It is stretched, raked, lightened to 400 lbs. (kick
start only), painted pearl yellow, and most everything else is powdercoated.
Motor is 1100 cc, wild cams, big valves, smoothbore carbs, etc. Goes like
stink, but only gets 12 mpg!
