Virginia Coalition Of Motorcyclists Until now, there has been no central organization that actively addressed all Virginia motorcyclists concerns when adverse legislation or other problems confront the motorcycling public. We are many individuals and belong to many groups. - We are truly divided! No one, until now, has taken responsibility to be a watchdog on the Virginia Legislature, to inform motorcyclists in time to effect change or to voice our opinions before adverse legislature is made into law. VCOM is an organization whose members are citizens concerned about legislation that has occurred around the country causing a negative impact on individuals who choose to ride motorcycles. VCOM is a political action committee that has a mission - to solicit support on the state and local level that will promote and defend motorcyclists rights.
