2007 TRACK RULES

Proper riding attire must be worn:

  • Helmets with glasses, goggles, or full-face with shield.
  • No tank tops or shorts.
  • No flip-flops, open toe, or sandals of any kind.

Class/Bike Requirements:

  • Number plates are required (Available for sale at the ace tower.)
  • Number Plate must be visible and legible from tower
  • One rider per bike, one bike per class.
  • No wheelie bars or extended frames in stock 4-wheel classes.
  • No masking agents in gas.

Street Stock Class:

  • Street stock bikes, no frame changes. Exception: Can have exhaust changes
  • No on-off road tire. Must be street tread tire.
  • Headlight, taillight, and license plate can be removed for safety.

Pro-Gas:

  • Any changes can be made. Exception: No nitro, nitrous, alcohol, blower, or turbo.
  • Kill switch required.

Top Fuel:

  • Must run nitro 80%, no blowers or nitrous.
  • Kill switch required.

RIDER RULES:

  • 5-MPH SPEED LIMIT IN THE PITS AND ON THE ROAD.
  • Any rider endangering a spectator will be DISQUALIFIED!
  • Riders must sign-up and have number plates displayed on the left side of the bike or on the front of the bike, viewable from the tower, in order to practice.
  • It is the responsibility of the riders to mutually agree on the lane choice, if you opponent wants to flip a coin for lane choice; you must go along with this decision. If you are running the same opponent for the second time, the loser of the first coin flip will pick the lane he wants. If you are running the same opponent for the third time, you will flip again.
  • Riders are expected to be in the staging area when their class is called. Any rider not at the start line by the last call will be given a loss. If you have a problem with your bike, you must notify the announcer/official in the tower before the race, and you will be placed at the end of your class.
  • Any Class (Except 50-60 Mini) with more than 10 riders will be single-loss elimination. All others classes are double-loss elimination
  • If you are not about to race you must stay out of the staging and starting area.
  • 30 Seconds to starting line is in effect after first call to the line
  • All class riders must be in the staging area when their class is racing.
  • If two opponents tie, you will return and keep the same lane.
  • Cool-down times are as follows, subject to weather:
    Street class - 15 minutes
    Pro Gas - 30 minutes
    Top fuel - 30 minutes
  • In the event your opponent red lights, you must still complete your run.
  • When only two bikes are left in a class, and both riders red light, the run will be made over ONLY if both riders have a previous loss.
  • " Bi-run will be at the option of the track official. Except Top-Fuel, Pro-gas and extreme classes you must run.
  • All mandatory bi-runs not completed will be considered a loss.
  • Your bike is subject to re-inspection at any given time.
  • If a race is called due to time or weather, all classes will become single-loss elimination

GENERAL RULES:

  • Use of profane language or complaining is prohibited. Participating in a prohibited activity will result in expulsion of the park, without refund.
  • Anyone caught riding anywhere outside of designated areas will result in expulsion of the park without refund.
  • Endangering yourself or others will result in expulsion of the park.
  • A rained out race ticket will be honored at the following make up race.
  • NO ADMISSION WITHOUT A TICKET.
  • No alcoholic beverages or glass bottles.
