"Back of the Dragon Day"

Tazewell and
Marion VA will celebrate "Back of the Dragon Day" on their main street,
downtown area, at the same time, on June 2nd 2012. Each town represents a
gateway to Rt. 16, "Back of the Dragon" Tazewell and Marion are uniquely
situated, depending on where you start, north or south you will end up in
either town. We are excited to announce, that each town is proud to participate
with their own unique events. This includes live music, car show, bike show,
motorcycle and car company displays, and vendors. There will be plenty of food
and beverages from local restaurants and food vendors. So come and celebrate, "
Back of the Dragon Day" in Tazewell and Marion. Always remember! It's all about
the ride, and we have 32 miles of the most challenging black top you will ride
or drive on in the southeast. With twists and turns that will demand all your
ability. From moments of focused concentration, to moments of sheer beauty as
you approach the overlooks (bring camera). With mountains off in the distance
and Dragon's breath on the valley floor, you will now, understand the concept
